HOW IT WORKS
In-home physical therapy, creating personalized plans focused on your goals. We treat Medicare patients recovering from surgery, managing pain, or addressing balance/mobility issues with physician-referred care.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We respond within 24–72 hours of referral, complete an in-home evaluation, and create a personalized treatment plan focused on safety, independence, and mobility. We also verify insurance coverage to confirm eligibility.
GETTING STARTED
Ask your doctor for an outpatient physical therapy referral or contact us directly for guidance through the process. We coordinate with your physician and Medicare to ensure smooth access to care.
